Products and Prices
Product descriptions, available options, prices and stock status are displayed on the product page. Store prices and checkout totals are shown in GBP. If information is clearly incorrect, support may contact the customer before an order proceeds.
Orders and Payment
Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. We accept orders for United Kingdom delivery addresses only. Available payment methods and the final order total are shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
Delivery
Current UK delivery methods and charges are stated in the Shipping Information policy and displayed at checkout. International shipping is not enabled.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Contact support as soon as possible for an order change or cancellation. Voluntary return requests may be made within 14 days and are handled under the Returns & Refunds policy and applicable consumer rights.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or provide false order information.
